If you choose to see us as an out of network provider, we will review your plan for out of network benefits and submit your insurance claim.

 

Co-pays are always due at time of service. Your co-pay is an estimate only based on information that your insurance company provides to us. There is a chance you will be billed for additional amounts that your insurance company will not allow payment for after they receive and review your insurance claim.

 

If you don’t have dental insurance, our membership plans offer an easy way to save on your care. We offer plans designed for adults, children, and patients dealing with gum disease. You pay one flat fee, either monthly or yearly, and it covers your two cleanings, two hygiene exams, and yearly check up x rays.  It also provides a discount on any other services you may need. There are no waiting periods and you can enroll the same day as your appointment.

What to Expect

 

We know that your time is as valuable as ours, therefore we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel any appointments.

 

There will be a fee for any appointment missed without proper notification.

 

Patients that are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will not be seen as we need to be fair to those patients who are on time.
